Refund & Exchange Policy

At Smokeio Grills, we want you to be confident in every order — from a single grill accessory to a full custom build. Please read the terms below before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-built items (including the Asado Dome Grill and other made-to-order pieces) and pre-order items are final sale once production has begun, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or Instapay only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping and original delivery fees are the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns, and will be deducted from the refund amount. Fees vary depending on item size and location:

  • Standard accessories and small items: 75–150 EGP per direction
  • Large items (grills, smokers, the Asado Dome Grill): 400–800 EGP per direction, depending on size and delivery zone

Inspection Period
Returned items are inspected upon arrival at our facility before a refund is processed. This typically takes 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number to begin the return process. Please do not send items back without confirming with us first.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas
Smokeio Grills currently ships within Egypt only. Some products have specific delivery restrictions:

  • Asado Dome Grill: Cairo Governorate only, ground floor delivery. Additional fees apply for other floors or access requirements — our team will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
  • All other products: Delivered nationwide within Egypt.

Delivery Times

  • Standard in-stock items: 3–5 business days
  • Pre-order grills and smokers (Santa Maria Grill, The Lazy Smoker): 4 weeks from order date
  • Asado Dome Grill: 3–4 weeks from order date

Delivery Fees

  • Asado Dome Grill: 800 EGP flat rate (Cairo, ground floor only)
  • Other products: calculated at checkout based on order size and location

Large or bulky items (grills, smokers) may require special delivery arrangements. Our customer service team will contact you after checkout to confirm delivery timing and any additional requirements, such as building access or floor level.

Orders & Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and other payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability — we will contact you if an item cannot be fulfilled.

Pre-Orders & Custom Items
Some products (including the Santa Maria Grill, The Lazy Smoker, and the Asado Dome Grill) are made-to-order or pre-order items with extended delivery timelines as noted on each product page. Placing an order for these items confirms your acceptance of the stated delivery window.

Pricing & Product Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and will notify you before fulfilling any affected order.

Limitation of Liability
Smokeio Grills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Grills, smokers, and open-flame equipment should be used in accordance with included instructions and standard safety practices.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
