Refund policy
At Smokeio Grills, we want you to be confident in every order — from a single grill accessory to a full custom build. Please read the terms below before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-built items (including the Asado Dome Grill and other made-to-order pieces) and pre-order items are final sale once production has begun, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Refund Method Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or Instapay only. We do not offer cash refunds.
Return Shipping & Fees Return shipping and original delivery fees are the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns, and will be deducted from the refund amount. Fees vary depending on item size and location:
- Standard accessories and small items: 75–150 EGP per direction
- Large items (grills, smokers, the Asado Dome Grill): 400–800 EGP per direction, depending on size and delivery zone
Inspection Period Returned items are inspected upon arrival at our facility before a refund is processed. This typically takes 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
